Your health is important to us

At CONSTAB GER, we place great importance on ensuring that you remain mentally and physically healthy. This includes providing our employees with the best possible conditions so that they do not become physically or mentally overworked. Regular feedback meetings provide an opportunity to work with supervisors to develop solutions where there is room for improvement.

In addition, we rely on a mix of established measures and special campaigns to support the health of our employees.

Good habits

We organize health days once or twice a year. We offer our employees a varied program with lectures, discussion groups, and consultations, for example on back analysis or how to deal with stress. All activities take place during working hours, on different working days and at different times. This means that colleagues who work shifts can also take part. Anyone who takes time off work to attend is credited with the hours.

We also hold regular workshops with health insurance companies. Topics include mental health, ergonomics in the workplace, and proper nutrition.

Speaking of which, colorful fruit baskets are a permanent fixture at our company. We also prefer apples or grapes to pastries in meetings. This allows our employees to satisfy their hunger in a healthy way and get their vitamins at the same time.

In action for better health

Whether it’s a running course or a company sports group, we always welcome suggestions from our employees.

We report on such initiatives in our employee magazine, helping to get even more people interested in a topic. We are happy to support employees who would like to participate in a sporting competition as part of the CONSTAB GER team, for example with printed jerseys.

Our certification as a “family-friendly company in the district of Soest” proves that you can rely on us. In a multi-stage process, we worked with a consultant to address the issue, define important measures, and present them to independent experts. Our concept was convincing – since 2014, we have been one of around 100 companies in the district of Soest that have been certified as family-friendly.

Support for everyone who cares

Do you want to achieve the perfect work-life balance? At CONSTAB GER, we find solutions that suit you. For example, parents have priority when it comes to vacation planning. This is so important to us that it is even included in our company agreement. We also take maternity leave seriously: if you are pregnant, you can contact the HR department as early as possible. We are here to listen and will treat your request with discretion.

Even if you are caring for other relatives, you have a lot of responsibility. Feel free to talk to us about it. We will support you as best we can so that you can find a good balance between work and family life.

We get you moving

More exercise and fresh air – is that what you dream of? We make it possible with our e-bike leasing program. Our employees not only protect the environment, but also do something for their health. Because one thing is clear: those who use e-bikes frequently get a little workout, even if the electric drive helps. What’s more, exercising in the fresh air helps reduce stress and improves your quality of life.

Great terms for bike leasing

Our authorized dealers offer leasing contracts for one e-bike up to $6,000 and for two e-bikes up to $10,000. You can choose suitable models within these price ranges, and even children’s bikes and bike trailers are available.

Sometimes a car is a must

Some distances are too long to cover by e-bike. Our field staff in particular travel throughout the country and need a comfortable and safe car for their journeys. That’s why we purchase company cars from the vehicle manufacturer Volvo. All other CONSTAB GER employees who want to buy a new car also benefit from this company advantage: they receive a discount on their purchase.

Is it important to you to get a good start in your career or to be able to develop within a company?
